This Privacy Policy describes how Ventra (“Ventra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information collected through the website rideventra.com (the “Site”), including our Contact form and Dealer Application form.

Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to provide when you contact us or apply to become a dealer, such as:

  • Contact details (for example, name, email address, and phone number)
  • Business details (for example, business name, website, city and state, current brands or categories, product interests, and a short description of the business)
  • Message content you submit in a form

We do not request government identification numbers, Social Security numbers, bank account details, or payment card information through the Site.

Automatically Collected Information

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider may automatically process standard technical request data needed to deliver and secure the website. This can include information such as IP address, browser type, device/user-agent information, referring URL, requested pages, and timestamps. As of the date of this policy, the Site is served through Cloudflare.

Based on a review of the Site’s code, we do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising cookies, or similar marketing tracking scripts on the Site.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to Contact form inquiries (product questions, consumer support, general business, and media)
  • Evaluate and respond to Dealer Application submissions
  • Provide support related to Ventra products and business inquiries
  • Operate, maintain, and secure the Site
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

Service Providers

We use service providers that process information on our behalf to run the Site and forms, including:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting / content delivery and related security infrastructure
  • Google Fonts — delivery of fonts used to display the Site
  • Email delivery provider — when configured, to send Contact and Dealer Application messages to [email protected] (for example, via an API-based transactional email service)

These providers process information only as needed to provide their services. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing of Information

We may share information:

  • With service providers that help us operate the Site and communicate with you
  • If required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
  • To protect the rights, safety, or property of Ventra, our users, or others
  • In connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, if applicable

Retention

We retain Contact and Dealer Application information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a dealer relationship, maintain business records, and meet legal or operational requirements. Technical hosting logs are retained according to our hosting provider’s practices and our operational needs.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information submitted through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided to us by contacting [email protected]. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Third-Party Links
